Since 1920, in Maussane-les-Alpilles, it is the story in Provence of Jean Martin who, around the olive and the vegetable, created, invented, a taste walk with simple and real products, easy recipes to achieve. With Provence as a source of inspiration, Jean Martin reinvents traditional recipes with 70% of ingredients grown in the region. A 100 hectare olive grove has even been planted by Jean Martin to guarantee a quality supply of local olives.
