Fontainebleau recipe with Cléry strawberries
This morning, I bought some beautiful strawberries from Cléry from France, big and well colored; immediately, I asked Margot to be able to taste one, and there, a dive of flavor !!! i really loved it. The Fontainebleau with Cléry strawberries, a beautiful dessert with lots of color contrasts but also flavors, the Fontainebleau lightens the Chantilly, I had chosen, for my white cheese, a cheese from Mollans (a farm in our beautiful Haute Saône).
