Recipe for lasagna with candied tomatoes for: 15 people
Ingredients :

  • 600 g flour
  • 6 large eggs
  • 10 g of fine salt
  • 300 g grated Parmesan
  • 1,500 kg of ground beef
  • 1,000 kg of onion
  • 750 g ricotta
  • 600 g of mozzarella
  • 24 tomatoes
  • 2 boxes of peeled tomatoes

Instructions

  15. Assemble the lasagna, starting with a ladle of meat sauce.
