Recipe: Ham croissants

Recipe ingredients

- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 slices of quality ham
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- Slice the croissants in half without going all the way.
- Make a béchamel like here.
- Add the grated Comté to the béchamel sauce.
- Cut the ham slices in half.
- Cover the inside of the croissants.
- Place a ½ slice of ham.
- Cover with a new layer of béchamel.
- Close the croissants.
- Brush both ends of the croissants and the raised middle part.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the egg yolk.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° grill for 15 minutes.
