Instructions

  11. Heat a pan with the butter and oil.
  12. Grill the prime rib on each side.

  14. Oil a baking dish.
  15. Place the prime rib in the dish.
  16. Bake in a hot oven at 220 ° rotating heat for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the desired cooking.
  17. Cut the strings.
  18. Salt.
  19. Cover with a sheet of paper.
  20. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
  21. Cut up the prime rib and serve immediately.
