  • 40 g pistachio paste
  • 1 gr of vanilla extract

  • 40 g chocolate chips
  • 15 gr of cocoa powder
  • For the icing
  • 200 g 66% chocolate
  • 10 g of peanut oil.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 140 °
  2. Chocolate party
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder.
  4. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla powder to the food processor.
  5. Mix for a few seconds.
  6. Separate the eggs.
  7. Add the egg yolks.
  8. Add the softened butter.
  9. Pour in the cream.
  10. Let the food processor turn until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  11. Add the cocoa powder.
  12. Finish with the addition of nuggets, a little bit of the mixer.
  13. Reserve in the refrigerator, the time to prepare the mold.
  14. For the pistachio part it is the same by adding the pistachio paste in place of the cocoa.

  22. Unmold the hot cake and place it on a wire rack to cool.
  23. Chop the chocolate for the icing.
  24. Heat 2/3 thirds in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every minute.
  25. Add the other third, then pour in the oil.
  26. Brush the cake generously.
  27. Place it in the refrigerator so that the chocolate freezes.
