Quiche without dough recipe

This is a recipe for working housewives, easy and quick you can accompany it with a green salad, ready in a few minutes. It exists in a dietetic version just as easy, it’s up to you to play between cream or milk. This recipe comes directly from a rehabilitation clinic, where I spent three weeks with my sister Corinne, a lot of memories while writing this article. Quiche without dough for a dinner with a small green salad. You can remove the bacon if you want to make a quiche without light dough.
