Recipe: Avocado tartare
Avocado tartar recipe for a colorful starter, I like the contrast of avocado and tomato. Easy cooking with this avocado tartare, here flavored with grilled hazelnuts and of course hazelnut oil. Here is a dish that changes the beef tartare, a little vegetables, it seems that it is good for your health. Ideal for vegetarians this avocado tartare, I keep it for Corinne when she comes to eat at home.
