Light yogurt sauce

The ingredients to make a light yogurt sauce very simply.

Ingredients of the recipe for a loaf (cake mold):

  • 1 stirred or firm yogurt
  • Chive
  • Curry
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • (optional) Shallot

Instructions :

  1. Pour the yogurt into a container.
  2. Salt and pepper, add half a teaspoon of curry and four tablespoons of chopped chives.
  3. If you wish, add a very finely chopped shallot.

Tip: You can replace the yogurt with sour cream or even white cheeses (cow’s or sheep’s milk).
