  • Asparagus and ham recipe: for 15 reductions

  • 40 g parmesan
  • 200 g of raw ham


  1. Drain the asparagus tips

  6. Roll the ham around the asparagus tips, tightening them as much as possible.
  7. Place in a hot oven at 200 ° for 5 minutes.
  8. Turn the reductions over to grill them and bake for about 5 minutes more.
  9. Let cool and serve cold
