Guinea fowl recipe with sesame seeds for 4 people

Ingredients :

  • 1 guinea fowl
  • 40 gr of sesame seeds
  • 60 gr of acacia honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Séchouan pepper
  • 30 gr of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse Guérande salt

Instructions

:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °. Temper the guinea fowl 1 hour before working it, taking it out of the refrigerator.
  2. Crush the Séchouan pepper in a mortar, adding the coarse Guérande salt.
  3. Mix honey with olive oil and cracked pepper.
  4. Add the melted butter to your preparation.
  5. Brush the poultry using a brush with the honey preparation.
  6. Sprinkle the poultry with the sesame seeds.
  7. Roast in a hot oven at 160 ° for 1 hour, basting regularly.
