Black olive and fig tapenade recipe
I like aperitifs where everyone makes their toast more or less generous, I like them very covered. I love the taste of the black olive and fig tapenade. The tapenade is perfect for dinner aperitifs, we served it with an excellent Jura rib. The sandwiches are made to the rhythm of the discussions; Warning!! the more we eat black olive and fig tapenade, the more we taste this wonderful white (of course always in moderation). You can add oil, if sometimes you find this tapenade of black olives and figs. I found that the figs softened this preparation without forgetting the original taste, because a tapenade is anchovies and capers.

Partnership with the Terre de Gaulhem estate in Vaison la Romaine A thought to all those connected from abroad who love French cuisine and these wines, here is a great opportunity for you to buy a quality wine, to accompany my recipe for Black olive and fig tapenade. I selected for our aperitif, this Côte du Rhône wine from the Terre de Gaulhem estate in Vaison la Romaine after tasting it, I loved it. I like the Côtes du Rhône and particularly those with character, here with this La Bédaride 2015 cuvée and its beautiful 14 °, already pouring into the glass, its nose of fruit in alcohol, underlined by toasted or even smoky notes I reserved it for the aperitif. I like it almost purple red color. Magali and Nicolas Constantin operate their small family estate of less than 2 hectares, here in this house we prioritize quality over quantity.Mrs and Mr Magali and Nicolas Constantin
