Caramelized apple cake

Recipe: Caramelized apple cake

Recipe for caramelized apple cake, they are plentiful and fall from the apple tree every day, we had people to eat, it was an opportunity to test this recipe. I like pastry or caramel baked with fruit, here the marriage of apple and caramel is a delight. The caramel remains a little soft gorged with apple juice, it will flavor the four quarters at will, with a slight taste of lemon, just a hint, we all loved it.
