- 10 sage leaves
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the herbs with clean water, then dry them with food paper.
- Rinse the double fat with water, then cut it finely.
- Peel the shallots, then mince them finely.
- Slice the herbs very finely with a knife.
- Pour the mustard into the salad bowl.
- Add the stirred cream to mix well.
- Sow the herbs on the cream.
- Add the shallot and stir.
- Pour in the vinegar and beat a little so that the sauce is well bound.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
