Mash croquettes

Recipe: Mash croquettes

Recipe for mash croquettes, we had a little mash left and not enough to make a gratin, we opted for mash croquettes in addition to I still had grilled ham. We love these tasty little croquettes, I will test once for an aperitif dinner, but with smaller dumplings, and probably with shrimp, I will keep you posted. You can serve the mashed croquettes with lamb’s lettuce in fact we are in the middle of the season. I am not a mash specialist, but my daughter loves it so much that I put in the effort, but frankly with these mash croquettes, I found it great and especially all the possibilities that it leaves.
