Recipe ingredients
- Pizza Franc comtoise recipe for 3 people:
- 400g pizza dough
- 1 small Morteau sausage
- 125 gr heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 150 gr of morbier
- 200 gr of grated Comté
- ½ teaspoon of red berries
Instructions
- Preheated the oven to 200 °.
- Cook the Morteau sausage for just 10 minutes in simmering water.
- Let the sausage cool, then slice it evenly.
- Prepare your pizza in the robot like here
- Mix the cream and the basil
- Roll out the pizza dough.
- Generously cover the pizza dough with sour cream.
- Salt and pepper.
- Scatter the grated Comté over the pizza.
- Slice the morbier and place on the pizza.
- Place the sausage slices regularly.
- Sprinkle with red berries
- Place in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
