Recipe for pudding-style croissants for 5 people:
3 almond croissants
4 chocolate breads
400 gr of liquid cream
100 gr of milk
4 eggs
40 gr of butter for the ramekins
150 gr of brown sugar for the ramekins
80gr of caster sugar
60 gr of icing sugar
1 vanilla pod
Instructions
