Barbecue rib of beef

Recipe: Barbecued rib of beef

Rib of beef on the barbecue, we were impatiently waiting for the first rays of sun to taste this piece of beef. Cooking rib of beef on the barbecue, for a lunch outside under the sun we accompanied it with a Pupillin du jura. To successfully cook a beef rib on the barbecue, do not listen to friends, cook for 7 to 10 minutes per side depending on the thickness, then once ready to eat, let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut the rib of beef on the barbecue lengthwise along the bone so that each guest will find a piece cooked the way they want. At home, we particularly like barbecue cooking and especially beef, so when I offer barbecue ribs, everyone is okay.
