Rosemary Rabbit Kidney Skewers Recipe

Rosemary Rabbit Kidney Skewers Recipe for: 4 people
Ingredients :

  • 300 g of rabbit kidney
  • 10 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 30 g of butter (or olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the kidneys by removing small pieces of fat.
  2. Sharpen the sprigs of rosemary.
  3. Prick 4 kidneys per branch, arrange them in a dish on 2 floors.
  4. Sprinkle a teaspoon of paprika.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the onion into thin slices and share on both layers.
  7. Drizzle each layer with a spoonful of olive oil.
  8. Film and leave to marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  9. Heat your pan with the butter (or cook your skewers on the barbecue).
  10. Cook your skewers for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
