Pudding-style croissants

Pudding-style croissant recipe

Summary: Recipe for pudding-style croissants, Béatrice gave me her unsold items of the day, butter croissants, pains au chocolat and almond croissants. No loss with us, times are too hard, I looked for an original recipe to work with these pastries. You can prepare them at least a day in advance, in fact this recipe takes interest after a nice day of rest. The croissants, pudding style, can be flavored differently, see with a drop of rum or vanilla, raisins or even candied fruit. Take special care while toasting these pastries in the oven, they burn quickly.
