  • Ketchup puff pastry recipe for 4 people: 50 pieces
  • 200 g of ketchup
  • Puff pastry roll
  • 100 g of grated Comté


  1. Roll out the dough very cold.
  2. Cut there with a cookie cutter.
  3. Place the circles of puff pastry in the silicone mold.
  4. Place the scraps of puff pastry on top of each other.
  5. Roll out again and cut with the circle, no waste.
  6. Fill more or less with the ketchup.
  7. Sow the grated cheese.
  8. Bake in a hot 200 ° oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
  9. Let cool a little, then serve, be careful the tomato remains very hot for a long time.
