Raspberry crème brûlée

Recipe: Raspberry crème brûlée

Raspberry crème brûlée recipe. Raspberry dessert, I used a blowtorch to burn my raspberry crème brûlée. Here is an original crème brûlée recipe, the acidity of the raspberries reinforces the sweetness of the crème brûlée. Creme brulee quick to make, a few minutes of preparation, be careful when cooking the crèmes brulees, this is surely the most delicate part.

Recipe ingredients

  • Raspberry crème brûlée recipe for 10 people
  • 1 liter of quality liquid cream
  • 5 egg yolks and 1 whole
  • 170 g sugar
  • 300 gr of raspberries
  • 10 teaspoons of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the fluid cream into a salad bowl
  2. Break the eggs into the bowl.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and mix everything
  4. Place the ramekins in ramekins.
  5. Distribute the cream in your ramekins.
  6. Put in a bain-marie with cold water at the start of the oven at 185 °, for ½ hour, be careful it is the hardest cooking in the crème brûlée. It should never boil very hard, just a few air bubbles on the surface and your cream is ready.
  7. Let cool and put in the fridge.
  8. Burn the cream just before serving with brown sugar and a blowtorch.
