Instructions

  10. Tie the meat up like a leg.
  11. Heat a pan with the butter and oil.
  12. Grill the prime rib on each side.
  13. Let it color well.
  14. Oil a baking dish.
  15. Place the prime rib in the dish.
  16. Place a few knobs of butter
  17. Bake in a hot oven at 220 ° rotating heat for 30 to 40 minutes depending on the desired cooking.
  18. Cut the strings.
  19. Salt.
  20. Cover with a sheet of paper.
  21. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes.
  22. Cut up the prime rib and serve immediately.
