Recipe ingredients
- Saint Jacques recipe with leek fondue for 4 people:
- 600 g of scallops
- 4 Leeks
- 60 g butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 cl of dry white wine
Instructions
- Cut off the tips of the leeks, remove the first two leaves.
- Rinse the leeks with clean water.
- Finely chop the leek evenly.
- Heat 40 g of butter and olive oil.
- Lightly brown the leek slices.
- Add the white wine and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, the leeks should be tender and not grilled, set aside.
