
Recipe: Pork tenderloin with sesame

Recipe ingredients
- Recipe Chicken fillet with sesame for 4 people:
 - 1 filet mignon
 - 1 large shallot
 - 10 sprigs of parsley
 - 6 large button mushrooms
 - 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
 - 1 tablespoon of paprika
 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
 - 50 g butter
 
Instructions
- Mix the sesame seeds and paprika.
 - Trim the filet mignon, then slice into equal rounds.
 - Dip the tournedos of the mignons in the sesame and paprika.
 - Cut each mushroom into 8 quarters.
 - Heat the pan and sear the parsley and shallot in olive oil.
 - Throw the mushrooms in hot oil, under a high heat, to immediately drain the water from the mushrooms.
 - Let the mushrooms brown well, season with salt and pepper.
 - Push the mushrooms onto the outside of the pan.
 - Quickly sear the pork cutlets, the paprika and the sesame should not burn.
 - Turn the mignons over and start the cooking process again.
 - The tenderloins must remain soft and tasty, not dry at all, everything is in the cooking.
