Recipe: Pork tenderloin with sesame

Recipe filet mignon of pork with sesame, the royal piece of pork, cooked here with sesame seeds and flavored with a delicate paprika. Just roasted for a few seconds it will stay soft and juicy, you will love this pork tenderloin, cooked simply. The filet mignon was on sale, sold by 3, we tested 3 different filet mignon recipes, of course we will share it.

Recipe ingredients

  • Recipe Chicken fillet with sesame for 4 people:
  • 1 filet mignon
  • 1 large shallot
  • 10 sprigs of parsley
  • 6 large button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the sesame seeds and paprika.
  2. Trim the filet mignon, then slice into equal rounds.
  3. Dip the tournedos of the mignons in the sesame and paprika.
  4. Cut each mushroom into 8 quarters.
  5. Heat the pan and sear the parsley and shallot in olive oil.
  6. Throw the mushrooms in hot oil, under a high heat, to immediately drain the water from the mushrooms.
  7. Let the mushrooms brown well, season with salt and pepper.
  8. Push the mushrooms onto the outside of the pan.
  9. Quickly sear the pork cutlets, the paprika and the sesame should not burn.
  10. Turn the mignons over and start the cooking process again.
  11. The tenderloins must remain soft and tasty, not dry at all, everything is in the cooking.
