Recipe: Spaghetti with anchovies

Recipe ingredients

- 400 g of the finest spaghetti.
- 125 g anchovies with capers
- 16 black olives
- 1 tablespoon of caper
- 1 jar of tomato sauce and chopped vegetables.
- 1 sachet of rice tincture
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of parmesan powder.
- 1 small red pepper.
Instructions
- Heat a large volume of salted water.
- Sprinkle the dye to give a nice yellow color to the spaghetti.
- Add the pasta as soon as the water boils.
- Turn down the gas, the water should whisper.
- Cut the red pepper as finely as possible.
- Heat the tomato sauce with vegetables.
- Add the red pepper.
- Add the black olives.
- Pour in the anchovies so that they heat up a bit.
- Add the capers.
- Pass the pasta through a colander as soon as it is cooked.
- Then grease them with olive oil.
- Serve on a plate, starting with the pasta.
- Place a generous ladle of sauce on each plate of spaghetti.
- Sprinkle just lightly with Parmesan before serving.
