Spicy puff pastry recipe for a dinner aperitif, here slightly spicy it will give a little character to your aperitif, I noticed that girls love this kind of puff pastry. Recipe ingredients

  • Spicy puff pastry recipe for 4 people:
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 2 large hazelnuts of harissa
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon of tomato paste for color
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup without sugar.
  • 10 drops of Tabasco more or less depending on the strength sought.
  • Pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Place the mozzarella in the food processor.
  2. Add the harissa.
  3. Pour more or less of a drop of Tabasco, be careful, this will lose strength with cooking.
  4. Pour the ketchup.
  5. Add tomato paste for color.
  6. Mix to mix the preparation well.
  7. Take out the puff pastry half an hour before cutting it
  8. Unroll the puff pastry.
  9. Cut out using a cookie cutter barely larger than the impressions.
  10. Place a circle of puff pastry in each cavity.
  11. Pierce the bottom of the mini tart with a fork.
  12. Add a teaspoon to each tart.
  13. Place in a hot oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
