  • Sprig of thyme
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 80 g butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, then rinse them.

  3. Butter a baking dish.

  9. Preheat your oven to 180 ° and cook for 2 to 3 hours.
  10. As soon as your potatoes have taken a beautiful brown color, cover them with aluminum foil.
