Recipe: Torment of love

Recipe for torment of love, here is a dessert that I tasted at my friend Rosa’s, we prepared it in a few minutes. I love this natural separation of ingredients during cooking, I will test with other ingredients.

Recipe ingredients

  • Torment of love recipe for 6 people:
  • 1 box of Nestlé sweet concentrate of 390 gr
  • 1 volume of water from the can of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 125 g of coconut powder

Instructions

  1. Pour the sweetened and condensed milk into a salad bowl.
  2. Fill the milk box with water, then pour it into the bowl.
  3. Break the eggs into the bowl.
  4. Beat the preparation to incorporate the eggs.
  5. Pour in the coconut powder and mix the preparation.
  6. Pour into a cake mold, Pyrex type.
  7. Bake in a bain-marie in a hot oven at 180 ° for 35 minutes.
  8. Unmold your cake while still lukewarm, or even hot.
  9. For the decoration you can add a salted caramel sauce like here
