Recipe ingredients

  • Tuna carpaccio recipe for 3 people:
  • 300 g fresh tuna
  • ¼ lemon
  • ¼ lime
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of capers

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the red tuna, with a sole fillet style knife.
  2. Arrange the tuna slices on a platter.
  3. Zest the lime.
  4. Cut a lime in half.
  5. Squeeze the juice from the ½ lemon.
  6. Pour the lemon juice over the red tuna.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil
  8. Season with fleur de sel.
  9. Pepper with coarse ground pepper.
  10. Scatter the lime zest.
  11. Add the capers.
  12. Finely chop the coriander leaves with a knife.
  13. Sprinkle over the chives.
  14. Leave one to two hours in the refrigerator.
  15. Serve very chilled.
