- 1 veal kidney
- ½ bell pepper
- ½ onion
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 125 g of smoked bacon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel the onion, then cut in half.
- Trim the veal kidney or have it done by your butcher.
- Cut the kidneys according to their shape
- Cut green pepper cubes.
- Start by pricking a piece of onion.
- Thread a piece of onion then a square of green pepper.
- Start over again.
- Roll the smoked breast on itself, then prick it into the skewer.
- Add a piece of bell pepper.
- Then start again with a slice of smoked bacon.
