Veal kidney skewers with sesame

Recipe: Veal kidney skewers with sesame

Recipe for veal kidney skewers with sesame, ideal for cooking on a plancha. Lightly flavored with sesame seeds, another way to consume veal kidneys. Of course, like many people, at home we love veal kidneys, here without cream sauce, they will stay a little pink. What is good with veal kidneys, butchers worth their salt, you parent them directly. Cooking on a plancha or barbecue is perfect with veal kidney skewers with sesame seeds. It’s not always easy to find veal kidneys, or you have to be very good with the butcher. I’m not complaining, I have it regularly and always very fresh. It is true that they do not stay long in the refrigerators.
