  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

  1. Peel and cut the carrots into equal slices of 3 to 4 mm
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini into 5 to 7 mm rounds
  3. Cook gently on a plancha or on a baking sheet if you do not have a plancha.

  5. Place the carrots on the baking sheet.

  9. Place the zucchini with carrots on the baking sheet.
  10. Place in a hot oven 200 ° for 3 minutes
  11. Assemble the skewers, alternating the vegetables.
