Crusted Trumpet Recipe

Recipe ingredients
- Crusted trumpet recipe for 4 people
- 800 g of trumpets
- 400g button mushrooms
- 4 shallots
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 25 cl of liquid sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel and finely chop the shallots
- Rinse the parsley, dry it with food paper then finely chopped.
- Wash and clean your trumpets with water a little vinegar, change the water and start washing again, keep your second water.
- Clean the button mushrooms by scraping them without moistening them too much.
- Heat in a very hot pan and fry 1 spoon of olive oil and half of the shallots.

- In a very hot pan, brown 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the rest of the shallots.
- Add the parsley.
- Pour the trumpets of death, lower the heat and as soon as the mushrooms have thrown out all their water.
- Add the trumpets to the water to finish cooking.
- Add the cream to reduce the heat further and simmer a little longer, everything should reduce.
- When the trumpets are cooked add the button mushrooms.
- Salt and pepper.
