Instructions
- Wash the buds with plenty of water.
- Dry the buds with food paper.
- Heat a large volume of salted boiling water.
- Drop the buds as soon as the water boils.
- Turn off the heat and let it steep for a minute.
- Rinse with cold water to cool the buds.
- Wipe the buds with food paper.
- Boil a glass jar, then let it dry.
- Store the buds in the glass jar.
- Add the tablespoon of peppercorns
- Fill the jar with olive oil.
- Leave to rest for a month in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy on a slice of bread.
- Salt with fleur de sel, just before serving.
- You can keep your preparation all year round, it just needs to remain covered with oil.
