The end of the year is coming, and with it its share of novelties and changes.
After almost 10 years of passionate animation, CuisineMaison.net is changing hands. Pascal, who shared his time between the site managers and the stoves, wants to withdraw from the management of the site. All readers who wish to keep in touch can do so by going directly to their personal Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/pascal.bourgon. 7
Don’t panic about the rest, CuisineMaison will keep its Franche-Comté terroir! Originally from Belfort, I will be keen to perpetuate the project, with the help of relatives who are passionate about cooking.
The editorial line will remain unchanged, as will the objective of sharing home-made culinary creations suitable for all to as many people as possible.
The site should also evolve towards a collaborative version, which will allow everyone to share their favorite recipes with the community.
Many other projects will be launched little by little, ideas are swarming and the only limit will be time.
Until then, don’t hesitate to check out the most popular Christmas recipes:
- the famous butter snails
- the audacious duck breast in crust
- the delicious roast pork with chestnuts
- the delicate guinea fowl with morels
- the unmistakable crunchy caramel chocolate Christmas log
Wishing you all a very happy New Year’s Eve, filled with sparkling taste buds!
Sylvain
