Easy Tomato Soup Recipe 🥣
Summary: A very simple recipe to make, for a light and balanced meal.
Recipe ingredients for 2 people:
- 6 tomatoes (you can use cherry tomatoes by tripling the amount)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- Aromatic herbs of your choice: basil, thyme, oregano
Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a high-sided dish, combine all the ingredients.
- Stir with a wooden spoon to distribute the olive oil.
- Put in the oven and leave for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Once the ingredients are caramelized, transfer everything to a suitable container then add 25 cl of hot water.
- Mix the whole.
