Recipe ingredients

  • Black and white choco cake recipe for 6 people:
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 210 g caster sugar
  • 100 g of dark chocolate chips
  • 100 g of white chocolate chips
  • 5 chocolate bars
  • 170 g flour
  • 70 g butter
  • 15 gr of cocoa powder


  1. Sift the flour and baking powder.
  2. Preheat the oven to 150 °
  3. Line the pan with parchment paper, starting with the long sides.
  4. Butter and flour if you don’t line it, it’s up to you.
  5. Add the sugar, flour, baking powder and cocoa powder to the food processor.
  6. Add the vanilla powder.
  7. Beat to mix well.
  8. Break the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks.
  9. Add the yolks.
  10. Add the softened butter and pour in the cream.
  11. Let the food processor turn until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  12. Finish with the addition of nuggets, a little bit of the mixer.
  13. Reserve in the refrigerator, the time to prepare the mold.
  14. Pour the preparation into the lined mold.
  15. Place the chocolate bars in the center
  16. Bake in the hot oven for 1 hour and a half.
  17. Unmold the hot cake and place on a wire rack to cool.
