Instructions

  9. Simmer for an hour, so that the tomatoes reduce.
  10. Add the chopped steaks directly to the sauce.
  11. Dip them into your tomato sauce.
  12. Leave to cook for another half an hour.
  13. Separate the beef with a wooden spoon.
  14. Sprinkle with a few basil leaves.
  15. Serve very hot
