Recipe: Cherry tomatoes in vinegar

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 40 cl of white honey vinegar
  • 1 large sprig of lemon thyme
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of 5 berry pepper
  • 10 juniper berry seeds
