  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 15 carambars

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
  2. Add the fluid cream, then the butter and mix.
  3. Pour the vanilla sugar then the cinnamon, smooth this preparation
  4. Line a cake tin.
  5. Add a layer of chocolate, then a layer of speculos.
  6. Continue to alternate layers, finishing with a layer of chocolate.
  7. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
  8. Melt the carambars in 20 cl of liquid cream, smooth the preparation, let cool to room temperature
