Recipe: Gougères with Comté
Homemade Comté gougères recipes for an aperitif with friends, we accompanied it with a white Jura coast. The county perfumes these gougères wonderfully, one bite and it’s eaten. Cheese gougères, an easy recipe to make the only difficulty is to dry the dough well in the pan before incorporating the eggs.
