Italian Meringue Recipe
Meringues, what a pleasure, hard but still a little soft, they will accompany all your desserts. I cook them in the microwave for just a minute, they are white and shiny.
Italian Meringue recipe for 4 people
- 200g egg white
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g sugar
- In a salad bowl put your egg whites.
- Add the sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Beat everything firmly.
- In a dish, form your clouds and put them in the microwave for 1 minute maximum power.
- Then let cool in the refrigerator.
