Italian Meringue Recipe

Meringues, what a pleasure, hard but still a little soft, they will accompany all your desserts. I cook them in the microwave for just a minute, they are white and shiny.
Italian Meringue recipe for 4 people
Ingredients :

  • 200g egg white
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl put your egg whites.
  2. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Beat everything firmly.
  4. In a dish, form your clouds and put them in the microwave for 1 minute maximum power.
  5. Then let cool in the refrigerator.
