Penne with prawns and roasted garlic

I love pasta in all its forms and especially with seafood. Here I used fresh prawns paired with roasted purple garlic, an elegant marriage full of flavor. Fresh garlic, also called purple garlic, remains my favorite garlic, when it is fresh, it is soft but tasty and tender, it is suitable for cooking as well as fresh without cooking. It will flavor your salads and why not beautiful asparagus. Penne with prawns and roasted garlic, we loved this beautiful pasta dish, tasty and tasty, a great way to spend a few minutes of happiness.

Ingredients

  • Penne with prawns and roasted garlic recipe for: 4 people
  • 600 gr of prawns
  • ½ teaspoon of Espelette pepper
  • 100 gr of parmesan
  • 200 gr of fresh peeled purple garlic
  • 400 gr of penne
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Shell the prawns by cutting them along the entire length of the back, in order to give them more volume.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic (to peel it tap it with a large knife.
  3. Cook a large amount of water to cook your pasta.
  4. Watch the cooking they must be al dente, keep warm.
  5. Heat a pan, with the olive oil.
  6. Gently cook the garlic, turn it over, it should remain almost transparent white. Once ready, keep it warm.
  7. Increase the temperature under the pan and add the prawns.
  8. Sprinkle with the chili and flip the prawns, watch the cooking.
  9. Meanwhile heat the plates.
  10. Arrange the pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan and add the garlic.
  11. Place your prawns on your plates.
  12. Pour the olive oil from cooking over the pasta.
