Recipe: Pizza au Saint Félicien
Pizza recipe at Saint Félicien, it was on sale in my store this morning. I took the opportunity to vary with the four cheese pizza. I used mimolette, I thought it would color my pizza a lot more. Likewise, oak leaves do not have the expected effect, but that’s cooking, adventure, discovery. Well now my daughter didn’t take long to devour her. At home we try, every time I make pizzas, to renew and to make new ones. This is why I present them to you regularly. I’ll be looking at the fish for my next pizza, I promise. I really liked this Saint Félicien cheese, it is very generous and runny, difficult to find in the Saint Félicien pizza, but for the taste it was there.
