Recipe ingredients

  • Pizza Franc comtoise recipe for 3 people:
  • 400g pizza dough
  • 1 small Morteau sausage
  • 125 gr heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 150 gr of morbier
  • 200 gr of grated Comté
  • ½ teaspoon of red berries

Instructions

  1. Preheated the oven to 200 °.
  2. Cook the Morteau sausage for just 10 minutes in simmering water.
  3. Let the sausage cool, then slice it evenly.
  4. Prepare your pizza in the robot like here
  5. Mix the cream and the basil
  6. Roll out the pizza dough.
  7. Generously cover the pizza dough with sour cream.
  8. Salt and pepper.
  9. Scatter the grated Comté over the pizza.
  10. Slice the morbier and place on the pizza.
  11. Place the sausage slices regularly.
  12. Sprinkle with red berries
  13. Place in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
