Recipe ingredients

  • Recipe rabbit kidneys with peppers for 4 people:
  • 500 gr of rabbit kidneys
  • 4 red peppers
  • 4 orange peppers
  • 4 yellow peppers
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper
  • 12 sprigs of lemon thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the peppers then cut them into thick strips.
  2. Peel the garlic and onions then finely chopped them.
  3. Heat the pan with the olive oil, then sear the garlic and onions.
  4. Add the peppers.
  5. Rinse and cut the yellow and green zucchini.
  6. Add the zucchini to the pan.
  7. Sprinkle with the chili pepper
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Sear the kidneys in the pan for 3 minutes.
  10. Turn the kidneys over and sear them for another 3 minutes
