Shortbread recipe, a sweet pastry that can be flavored with chocolate, honey, lemon, everyone can go according to their whims. Recipe ingredients

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Sift your flour, then mix the salt and the flour.
  2. Cut the soft butter into small squares measuring 1 cm by 1 cm.
  3. Rout with your fingertips, pass the butter on the flour and sand the dough until small chips are obtained.
  4. Break the egg into a bowl, beat it with the sugar, mix and mill the dough to homogenize it. Be careful not to overwork the dough so as not to make it brittle. Let your dough rest for at least 1 hour, but it would be ideal overnight.
