Sweet Tonka Bean Recipe

We love this super soft dessert, I would even say often with its flowing heart, it makes the joy (every time) of my friends. It’s a fairly simple recipe to make, by following this recipe you should not miss it (just watch the cooking: to succeed it may take one or two tests). Warning!! this bean is super powerful and quickly invades all the flavors of chocolate, however this time I had chosen a branded chocolate (70% dark) I like this powerful product with its flavor, it is rare to find a person who does not like chocolate. I also really like to serve this dessert with English cream to sweeten this wonderful dessert.

Sweet Tonka bean recipe for 4 people:

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 8 squares of full-bodied dark chocolate
  • 2 strips of food paper
  • ¼ tonka bean

Instruction:

  1. Crack the eggs in a stainless steel bowl
  2. Whisk them with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
  3. Add all the flour while continuing to whisk.
  4. Melt chocolate in a saucepan over a double boiler.
  5. Add the butter and let the mixture relax, then whisk so that the mixture is homogeneous.
  6. Grate the bean directly on the chocolate.
  7. Cut a strip of food paper 4 to 5 cm higher than the molds.
  8. Unroll the cookie cutter to have the length, then cut the food paper
  9. Pour the mixture over the chocolate / butter mixture. Mix so that everything is homogeneous.
  10. Cut out 4 circles of paper for the background.
  11. Place the paper circles on a baking sheet.
  12. Place the circles on the lids.
  13. Wrap the strips of food paper inside the cookie cutter.
  14. Pour the chocolate appliance ¾ of the cookie cutter.
  15. Place two squares of chocolate in the center.
  16. Finish filling the cookie cutters.
  17. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
